How to Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email to service@uoozee.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Please include the following information in your email:

We will process your request and notify you within 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted

Your account information, including your name, address, and contact details

Your browsing and purchase history

Account data associated with third-party sign-in services, such as Google or Facebook
Data That May Be Retained

Transaction records that must be retained for legal or financial compliance purposes

Security logs required for fraud prevention
Third-Party Platform Data
If you signed in using a third-party authentication service, such as Google or Facebook, please also contact the relevant platform to request the deletion of your data held by that platform.
