Order Cancellation

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily.You should submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Weā€™re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

For personal computer monitors are different colors and the colour may be bias with real goods, all kind prevail.

1. Get in touch with our customer service representativeĀ by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return andĀ the reason for your return.Ā 
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions


1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 14 days of receipt.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear, Accessories, In-stocks and Lingerie.

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item thatā€™s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.Ā 

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept.

5. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

6. If you need to return the product,the shipping fee forth would be subtracted no matter whether it's free shipping fee or not when ordering. Since it's already paid to the courier when shipping. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

7.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
