So here is my honest experience: This has been an extremely frustrating experience. My order arrived late, and the outfit was completely different from the photos on the website. When I asked to return it, instead of simply handling the return, they kept negotiating with me and offering ridiculously low partial refunds. I paid €80, returned the entire order as instructed, provided proof and tracking, and they are still trying to refund only €40. A serious company should take responsibility for its mistakes instead of making the customer fight to get their money back. If everything goes well, maybe you will have a good experience. But if something goes wrong, be prepared for a very frustrating battle to get your money back. Think twice before ordering.
