📦 Uoozee Shipping Protection Service Terms

I. Service Overview

The Uoozee Shipping Protection Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is designed to provide additional protection for your orders during transit. By purchasing this Service, you will be eligible for compensation if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery.


II. Coverage Scope

Covered Scenarios:

  • The package is completely lost during transit (tracking information has not been updated for more than 20 business days)
  • The package arrives with severe outer packaging damage resulting in product damage
  • The package is marked as delivered but not actually received (supporting evidence required)
  • Clothing items are damaged during transit, including stains, tears, or deformation

Non-Covered Scenarios:

  • Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Refusal to accept the package by the customer
  • Packages detained by customs (for cross-border orders)
  • Loss occurring after the package has been successfully delivered
  • Losses caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war)
  • Duplicate claims after order cancellation or refund

III. Premium Fee

  • The premium is 2.5% of the order value
  • The fee is charged once at checkout and is non-refundable (except in case of order cancellation)

IV. Claims Process

1. Submit a Claim:
Contact customer service at service@uoozee.com

2. Required Documents:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue and occurrence time
  • Clear photos of damaged items (if applicable)
  • Screenshot of tracking information showing the issue

3. Processing Time:
Claims will be reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required documents are submitted

4. Compensation Options (choose one):

  • Reshipment (preferred if inventory is available)
  • Equivalent store coupon
  • Refund to the original payment method

V. Claim Time Limits

  • Lost Packages: Submit within 60 days from the estimated delivery date
  • Damaged Packages: Submit within 7 days from the delivery date (late submissions will not be accepted)

VI. Important Notes

  • Each order is eligible for one claim only
  • Uoozee reserves the right to reject any fraudulent or abusive claims
  • Uoozee Official reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy
  • Any updates to this policy will be announced in advance on the official website
