The flowers on the pair I originally received were damaged. I informed customer service. They offered to send me a replacement pair....which they did. I love the earrings!!

The earrings I bought are beautiful. They go with everything. The only thing I would say is, the wires that go in the ear are very flimsy and that makes them hard to put in. Otherwise they are beautiful.
