The Uoozee Membership Program is designed exclusively for our loyal customers. Simply register an account to enjoy:

2. How do I become a Uoozee Member?

Simply click the profile icon on our website, choose "Register" or "Log In".
Enter your email and password—and you're all set!
Your rewards will be waiting for you in your Account Center.


3. How do I earn points?

$1 = 10 points when you shop. 

Plus, get 200 points just for creating an account.

Redeem your points for cash and save even more.

4. How do I redeem points?

  1. Sign in or create your account to get started.

  2. Redeeming your rewards is super easy!

Start from 5000 points ($50), then 10000 points ($100), 20000 points ($200), and so on.
Once redeemed, points cannot be restricted or reused.


5. Will my points expire?

Yes. Just a heads-up, your points will expire 365 days after they become available, so be sure to use them before they do! We wouldn't want you to miss out on any rewards you've earned!


6. What happens to my points if I cancel my order?

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and any used points will return to your Account Center for future use.


7. What happens to my points if I refund my order?

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, but any used points cannot be refunded.
